Lat week we went to IKEA to get another desk for my office. 60 inches of desk space is just not enough. I was all set to get a matching desk when this little number caught my eye. It combines the expedit shelvins with overhead cabinets and a large cabinet on the side. Since I’m trying to be less impulsive I just snapped a pic and decided to go home and reassess my space. I’m still not 100% convinced. If I go with this system I’ll have to completely rearrange my wall storage and find a new home for my new homemade clip it ups.

My opinion? I’d get another desk just like the one you have. It’s much cuter than the one you posted and I like the your clipitup thingies right where they are. I’d “L” them into the corner. That’s what I did in my room with a similar (but larger) pair of desks…and then put a little table in the corner space for my printer. I’ll dig out a photo if you’d like.

I”m with Julie P… Was that something that was made or that you bought? Can you just get a bigger piece of glass for the top of what you have? the IKEA one is nice but if it doesn’t work and don’t want the whole redo thing….It was wise that you waited, grasshopper.
